HIPUP is committed to advancing health and wellness by leading community-based prevention and intervention programs in the areas of substance use, HIV/AIDS, and mental health. HIPUP works at both the individual and the system levels. The HIPUP team also conducts research to explore sociocultural factors associated with health outcomes and to assess the efficacy of evidence-based practices something else.
